Long Term Athletic
Development Programme
Our programme, tailored for kids aged 10-18 in Cornwall, caters to all athletic backgrounds. Addressing individual needs at various stages of youth development. Our coaches aim to foster healthy, confident, and resilient young individuals.
Operating 50 weeks a year, the programme ensures consistent, long-term athletic development (LTAD).
Performance testing, maturation monitoring and goal setting
A key part of the program involves monitoring maturation status, growth rates, and physical performance. Some of the physical qualities we test include youth strength, power, speed, and mobility. By doing this, you can ensure that your child is always improving appropriately along our LTAD curriculum and progressing as expected. Goal setting is also a key part of helping young athletes to become inspired and aspire to achieve their best.

groups
Age 10 -12 sessions
Exploration sessions, less structure and more learning through discovery and play, these sessions are an introduction to the gym and help this age group form a positive connection with the gym and training.
Age 13+ sessions
More structured individualised programmes. Providing more autonomy to young athletes, allowing them to build a solid athletic base.
Holiday Speed sessions
These sessions run in the holidays and half terms and are open to all ages 10-18 and are a one-off signup. These aim to allow youth athletes to explore the fundamentals of running mechanics, speed, and agility.
Small group speed sessions
(4-6 Children - 1 hour duration)
Private small group sessions are open to all ages 10-18 and available upon request and can be booked as a one-off or as a block.
